• 01Service: the Margo platform and all its features.
• 02Account: the personal space created to use the Service.
• 03Subscription: the paid plan subscribed to with margo SAS.
• 04Store Data: the commercial data collected from your connected platforms.

You provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account.

One account per business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

You must be 18 or acting as an authorised representative of the business.

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

At the end of the trial, you pick a plan or the account pauses in read-only mode.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in EUR.

Annual plans include a 20% discount and are billed upfront.

VAT is added at checkout based on your country.

Any price increase is announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

The new price applies at your next renewal.

You can cancel anytime, in one click, from your settings.

Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period.

Annual plans stop at the end of the paid year, with no partial refund.

The 14-day free trial replaces our refund policy.

Confirmed billing errors are refunded.

You retain ownership of your Store Data.

You grant margo SAS a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

Fully anonymised aggregates may be used to build industry benchmarks.

• 03No abusive load or unintended automated use.
• 04No unlawful use or infringement of third-party rights.

Margins are computed from data provided by your connected platforms.

Margo is an analytical tool, not an accounting or tax advisor, and does not guarantee fiscal accuracy.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime.

Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.

If uptime falls below the target, we credit the affected month pro-rata.

The account may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or breach of these terms.

Your data remains exportable for 30 days after account closure.

We are not responsible for business decisions taken based on the reports.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

The Margo name, logo, code and design remain the exclusive property of margo SAS.

Any change is notified to you by email.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
